Hi,

I just installed PicoStreamer. I cannot get it to work. Whenever I try to start streaming through the PicoStreamer console, I keep getting the error message "Bad user, password, or data!" I've submitted the correct authentication , but still get that error message. Where can I begin to correct the problem?

Check this steps:

1)Upload of the cgi files in ASCII mode

2)Chmod of files and folders:

/picostreamer/users 777

/cgi-bin/picoreader.cgi 755

/cgi-bin/picosource.cgi 755

/cgi-bin/plist.* , 755

3)Path of Perl of your server

normally is #!/usr/bin/perl

but can be other.

Correct the path on the script with custom path

I've install the scripts and files as indicated in your last posting, but I still get the same error reading.

Probably is a server-side problem.

Which is your ISP?
