Hi,
I suggest you to apply this patch to picostreamer.pl file:

Search the line
CODE

# buffer size
$buff_size = 1024 * 2;


and modify it to:

CODE

# buffer size
$buff_size = 8192;


So, less CPU will be loaded and can decrease chance of server buffering.
